The 55th Annual Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair
will be held on March 31 - April 5, 2009 at the Balboa Park Activity Center (2145 Park Blvd.)

The Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair is a non-profit 501(c)(3) which operates SOLELY on donations and is run completely by volunteers. We need your assistance in ensuring that this Fair is not the last! Please support the students of San Diego.

Open to the public - 10am - 3pm
ALL PROJECTS MUST REMAIN ON DISPLAY UNTIL 3:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Tear-Down - Open for student exhibitors and their families - 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Note to Exhibitors: When you applied to enter the GSDSEF, you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) agreed to leave your project on display until 3:00 pm, Sunday, April 5. There are no exceptions to this agreement! You (or your representative) are responsible for removing your project.
NOTE: PROJECTS NOT REMOVED BY 5:00 PM ON SUNDAY, APRIL 5 will be discarded that evening. Notebooks will be emptied of their contents and distributed to schools for re-use. If you can’t pick your project up, arrange for someone else to do so. Give that person your badge and a note authorizing removal.
All projects must be removed between 3pm-5pm. No exceptions.
Remaining projects will be discarded.
Please bring your exhibitor badge as identification to remove your project.
