Congratulations on being selected to apply for entrance in the 58th Annual Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair (GSDSEF)!

Checklist and Timeline - Please read! Contains all the important dates and times for judging and the Awards Ceremony.
Important parking information for Judging (3/21/12) and Tear-Down (3/25/12) to the Science Fair. Please note that over 450 judges will be arriving when students are dropped off in the morning and approximately 400 judges will be departing when students are excused in the afternoon. The maps are provided to help ease traffic congestion for all!

Please read carefully and share with your parent(s)/guardian(s), teacher and other advisors. Be sure your project is complete and complies with all Fair regulations.
All forms must reach Mary Domb Mikkelson, 4558 Aragon Drive, San Diego, CA 92115-4115, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF SCREENING OR BY FEBRUARY 20, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
You and/or your teacher will be contacted if there are any problems with your application. A complete list of accepted projects will be faxed to your teacher.
Please note: if you were not invited to apply to the GSDSEF through a GSDSEF Screening Fair, your application will be rejected. Only applicants who were invited to apply through an official GSDSEF Screening Fair will be considered.
