This year we are at the Municipal Gymnasium-- 2111 Pan American Plaza near the Air and Space Musuem in Balboa Park.

                                             

 

 

GSDSEF dates for 2024 Fair

Fair Dates: March 11-17, 2024.   

Fair Week-- Municipal Gymnasium--2111 Pan American Plaza, San Diego, CA 92101 .

 

Tuesday, March 12, 2024 

8am-1pm- Fair Setup

1pm-7pm-- Student project setup-- Students--bring a chair! Municipal Gym-2111 Pan American Plaza, San Diego, CA 92101.

 

Wednesday, March 13, 2024: 

7:15-8:00am-- Student dropoff at 2111 Pan American Plaza, San Diego, CA 92101   Students, bring a lunch!

8:00- 11:15am--  Categorical Judging

10:00 -11:15 - Professional Society Judging

11:15- noon-- Student Lunch

noon- 2:00pm--  Professional Society Judging 

12:45pm-3:00pm--  Grand Awards Judging

3:00-3:30-- Student pick up from lower lot 

 

Thursday, March 14, 2024: 

Municipal Gym closed

6:00-8:30pm-- Awards Ceremony --  San Diego Air and Space Museum

 

Friday, March 15, 2024

Municipal Gym closed to public, open for student tours 10am-2pm. 

 

Saturday, March 16, 2024 

10am- 1pm-- Municipal Gym open to public to view projects. 

1pm-3pm-- Students may start to take projects. 

 

Sunday, March 17, 2024

10am- 1pm --Project pickup 

1pm-6pm-- Municipal Gym cleanup
